Crow Holdings Announces Addition Of Michael Levy To Senior Leadership Team

DALLAS, Oct. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Crow Holdings today announced that Michael Levy, previously COO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, will be joining the Firm's senior leadership team.  The announcement follows an extensive global search overseen by Crow Holdings' Chairman and CEO Harlan Crow.  Mr. Levy, 50, will assume his new position at the Firm's Dallas Headquarters on November 7, 2016. In this capacity, Michael will work closely with the leadership teams, including Anne Raymond, Ken Valach, Bob McClain, Mike Silverman and Kirk Rimer, on business development, investment strategy and broader initiatives.

Prior to serving as COO for Morgan Stanley Investment Management's $400Bn asset management platform, Mr. Levy held various positions at Morgan Stanley including Head of Traditional Asset Management, CFO and COO for its real estate investing business and co-head of its real estate investment banking group. He joined in 1998 from Salomon Brothers and over time developed and expanded his investment and organizational responsibilities across the firm's real estate finance, private equity and asset management businesses.
