CrowdComputing Systems's WorkFusion Platform Recognized by SIIA Members at 29th Annual CODiE Awards
NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CrowdComputing Systems's (CCS) SaaS platform, WorkFusion was voted by attendees of the Information Industry Summit (IIS) the best of five software solutions that were nominated by SIIA judges. IIS attendees, hailing from leading data vendors and business information publishers, cast their ballots after two days of presentations and product demonstrations at the conference. This award adds to WorkFusion's other honors, including GigaOm's #1 Crowd Management Platform and American Banker's 2013 Top Ten FinTech Companies to Watch.
WorkFusion was recognized by attendees for helping to solve the thorny problems faced by the information industry, such as disparate and complex technology solutions, shrinking product margins, cost-prohibitive product innovation, and rising workforce costs. WorkFusion solves these problems by making it easy for business users to configure online workflows and by combining automation, crowdsourced workers, and employee experts (ACE) to do the work. This ACE hybrid workforce drives down costs and increase the speed and quality of output. CCS developed its technology out of research at MIT in 2010 and has since won enterprise customers in the financial, healthcare, and eCommerce industries.
The SIIA is the leading trade association for the software and digital content industries, with members such as Bloomberg L.P., Markit, Reed Elsevier, Thomson Reuters, and Wolters Kluwer. "Winning this award from SIIA members is a huge honor for us and great validation of WorkFusion," said CCS CEO and Co-founder Max Yankelevich. "We began our commitment to the information industry with a good product, and our customers have helped us turn it into a great solution."
