Crowell & Moring Adds eDiscovery Leader Lauren Schwartzreich to Litigation and Trial Group

DENVER, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowell & Moring has added nationally-recognized eDiscovery lawyer Lauren Schwartzreich as a partner in the firm's Litigation and Trial Group and head of its eDiscovery and Information Management (EDIM) Practice. Based in Denver, Schwartzreich brings more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation and eDiscovery, advising clients on the complex intersection of law and technology.

At Crowell, Schwartzreich will help clients drive innovative approaches to eDiscovery in litigation and investigations. Her work will range from leveraging structured data analytics and forensics to developing defensible, efficient, and cost-effective preservation, culling, search, and review strategies. Drawing on her experience as a longtime defense attorney and former plaintiff class action litigator, she will help clients navigate the full spectrum of eDiscovery challenges, including through motions practice, hearings, and trial support. Schwartzreich will also draw on her deep litigation experience to guide case strategy through data-driven insights, as well as handle the negotiation and resolution of discovery disputes before courts and special masters.
