The pair includes Sahra Dalfen and Jody E. Saltzman, who have joined the firm's Corporate Finance & Securities Practice and Commercial Real Estate Practice, respectively.

Dalfen also advises domestic and foreign clients on U.S. corporate governance issues and securities law compliance matters.
