The new consulting firm is led by a trio of lawyers with senior government and health industry experience: Jodi G. Daniel, former Director of the Office of Policy in the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS); Troy Barsky, former Director of the Division of Technical Payment Policy at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS); and Janet C.
