CrownPoint Partners Closes $9.2 Million Five-Property Michigan Dental Portfolio Sale-Leaseback
LANSING, Mich., Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CrownPoint Partners announced the successful closing of a $9.2 million, five-property dental sale-leaseback portfolio located throughout Michigan. CrownPoint Partners represented both the Seller and Buyer in the transaction.
The portfolio consists of five dental properties totaling 35,212 square feet across Lansing, Charlotte, Adrian, Saint Joseph and Jackson, Michigan. The transaction was structured with new 15-year absolute net leases featuring 2% annual rent increases, providing the Buyer with long-term contractual income and no landlord responsibilities.
CrownPoint successfully executed the five-property portfolio transaction from contract to close in just 42 days.
