Crunch Fitness Franchisee Announces TRAINing Day, Giving Away 2 million Personal Training Sessions
TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CR Fitness Holdings, one of Crunch Fitness' largest franchise groups, today announced TRAINing Day, taking place Saturday, August 29, across its 98 open Crunch Fitness clubs in Florida, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
As part of the one-day event, more than 1 million CR Fitness Holdings members will have access to two complimentary 30-minute personal training sessions, totaling 2 million free sessions across the franchise group. All three CR Fitness Holdings entities – CR Fitness Holdings LLC, Southwest Fitness Holdings, LLC, and Blue Ridge Fitness Holdings, LLC – will be participating in this promotion.
Created to help members start, strengthen, or transform their fitness journeys, TRAINing Day will give members the opportunity to connect directly with Crunch's certified personal trainers for expert guidance and personalized coaching. Training sessions may focus on areas including strength training, functional fitness, mobility, nutrition, and recovery.
On Saturday, August 29, members who complete their complimentary first personal training session will receive a second session at no cost.
