Crunchmaster® Announces Recipe Contest Winner

LOVES PARK, Ill., Sept. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Crunchmaster^®, America's #1 selling brand of gluten free crackers, announced today that Strawberry Cheesecake Minis, a recipe created by Tamar P., is the grand prize winner of its competition for the best, original, gluten free recipes.

During the Crunchmaster six-month recipe competition, a panel of judges prepared, tested, and scored recipe submissions, then awarded monthly prizes of $250 and $500. After all of the monthly winners and runners-up were selected, the winning recipes were posted on the Crunchmaster Facebook page for a grand prize vote by consumers. Strawberry Cheesecake Minis came out on top, earning the grand prize of $2,500.

• Creativity – how well a secret ingredient and a Crunchmaster product were incorporated into the recipe, and how well the recipe used ingredients in a unique way.
• Flavor – whether the final product was a great-tasting, gluten free dish.
