CRYOVAC® Brand Food Packaging Introduces ZeroPrep for Food Service Condiment Dispensing
New flexible pouch packaging solution helps food service operations cut condiment prep and cleanup time by replacing squeeze bottles
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- To simplify back-of-house condiment dispensing for restaurants, Sealed Air Corporation's CRYOVAC® brand food packaging introduces ZeroPrep hand-dispensing pouches. The pre-filled pouches help food service operations save time and effort in every shift by eliminating labor-intensive preparation and cleanup of squeeze bottles and other rigid containers.
Each handheld ZeroPrep pouch features a unique easy-open seal and spout designed to dispense condiments and sauces with a squeeze. The spout reseals when not in use to prevent drips.
The pre-filled pouches are hermetically sealed until first opening and help reduce opportunities for contamination by eliminating the need to transfer condiments into bottles or other secondary containers.

The pouches are formed on the new CRYOVAC® brand ZeroPrep vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) system, which brings together two specialized CRYOVAC® films to form the patented pouch's user-friendly shape, easy-open seal, semi-rigid spout and hermetic seals. The machine produces package sizes from 8 to 16 fluid ounces at speeds of up to 80 packs per minute.
