CSG Partners Advises Enroute Computer Systems on Sale to ESOP

NEW YORK, July 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CSG Partners, LLC announced that it advised Enroute Computer Systems (ECS) on its recent sale to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). ECS is a leading engineering services and products company that primarily services the needs of the Federal Aviation Administration. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. As part of the ESOP transaction, the management team will remain the same, with Anthony Curatolo as President.
