CSG Partners Closes ESOP Transaction for Triple Canopy, Inc.

NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CSG Partners, LLC, the New York-based boutique investment bank, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Triple Canopy, Inc. on its recent transition to becoming 100% owned by its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
