CSG Partners Expands with Opening of Miami Office

NEW YORK, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CSG Partners, LLC, a leading New York-based boutique investment bank serving the middle-market, announces that R. Dirk Peters has joined the firm to open and manage the firm's new office in Miami.

Prior to joining CSG Partners, Dirk was the founder of OwlRock Capital, LLC a boutique investment bank focused on providing M&A, corporate finance and restructuring advice to owner-operated companies.  Previously, Dirk was a Managing Director at Stephens Inc. where he set-up the firm's Miami-based office and focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and restructurings.  He also worked at Citigroup for fourteen years, primarily in the bank's leveraged capital and corporate finance groups.
