CSM Bakery Solutions to Exhibit at the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) Seminar & Expo
ATLANTA, June 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CSM Bakery Solutions, a global leader in bakery ingredients, products and services, will exhibit at the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) Seminar and Expo at booth #2205. The event will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA, from June 7-9, 2015. IDDBA is one of the most prestigious and best-known food expos in the industry.
Attendees will have an opportunity to sample CSM's bakery expertise, including a new line of clean label Simplicious™ muffins as well as warm donuts featuring CSM's new Superior Glaze—served fresh off of a Thermoglazer, which thaws, heats, and glazes frozen donuts. CSM's popular "Cake Case" display will feature filling and icing ingredients with an array of delicious cakes and parfaits with fruit and cream fillings, decorated cakes with buttercream and fondant, and cupcakes and cakes with flavored icings.
CSM's expanded booth presence will also feature a variety of products for the first time this year. The company will showcase its Hispanic line, which consists of cakes, pastries, churros, breads, and more. CSM will also highlight the full product line offered in partnership with Hershey—cakes and cookies made with HERSHEY'S Chocolate, REESE'S Peanut Butter and HEATH Toffee.
Also new for 2015, CSM is proud to welcome its new Director of Global Culinary, internationally acclaimed chef Morgan Larsson. Chef Larsson, one of the most respected and sought-after executive pastry chefs in New York City, will be in the CSM booth for daily live demonstrations and tastings.
