CSPI Announces Full Integration with jXchange™

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Point Bank (CPB) in Russellville, MO was seeking a valued partner to help them keep up with ever evolving technology and better serve their customers. Vice President Diane Ott stated, "We have done business with CSPI for many years utilizing their Aurora Item Processing software and trust the relationship we have built with them. The demo presented really caught our attention and we were excited to embark on a new venture with them. We are a small bank with a great desire to serve our customers and the Aurora Online Banking software presented innovative features our current provider did not offer. The price is always a selling point! CSPI sealed the deal when they announced their Aurora Online Banking platform would integrate with Jack Henry's jXchange™."

CPB implemented CSPI's Aurora Online Banking the fall of 2018. "Our customers were thankful we were able to import their bill payment information and adopted the new features quickly; one of their favorites is utilizing P2P payments. We have increased the number of customers that have opted in for e-Statements due to the ease of use with a single sign on. Paul and Taylor from CSPI's support team were so helpful before, during and after the conversion. They explained everything and helped us all the way! The JHA support staff was also great to work with in creating the conversion files."

According to Ott, "Aurora Online Banking integration with jXchange was seamless. We have received great service and quick turn-around. Most importantly, our customers have had a great experience!"
