CTIntegrations LLC Welcomes Tom Roles as Board Member
New investor and board member brings more than 30 years of success to CTIntegrations
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CTIntegrations LLC, a leading software development and system integration company focused on the contact center, today announced the addition of Tom Roles to the company's Board of Directors. Roles is the founder and former President and CEO of NACR (now ConvergeOne), a Minnesota-based telecommunications and IT solutions company.

Roles started NACR in 1993 with only a handful of employees. Over the next two decades, he grew it into the largest Avaya channel partner in the world and an award-winning, nationwide leader in enterprise, contact center, and other business communications solutions, recognized by partners including Avaya, Catalyst, and Avaya DevConnect partners such as Extreme, Juniper, AFS, Polycom, and Plantronics. Under Roles's leadership, NACR expanded its team, portfolio, and technical capabilities through a strategy of smart acquisitions and intelligent investments. This strategy has enabled the company to evolve into ConvergeOne and expand to include IT and data solutions from providers such as Cisco, IBM, and Microsoft.
Roles retired from NACR in 2012; prior to starting the company, he was Executive Vice President of Progressive Technologies, a Minnesota-based telecommunications company.
