Cummins Engages Futurestep for RPO and Strategic Consulting to Support Global Growth

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE: KFY) today announced that it has been selected by global power leader, Cummins Inc., as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and consulting services partner to drive talent acquisition across more than 50 countries over the next three years.

A Fortune 500 company with more than 40,000 employees, Cummins designs, manufactures, sells and services diesel engines and related technology around the world. The effort will involve recruitment operations across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific and South America.  

As a recruitment partner with Cummins, Futurestep will focus on three key areas of service, including immediate recruitment support to address current talent needs; strategic consulting for implementation of a global recruitment process and Taleo technology solution; and RPO operations to commence in 2011.
