Curtail Welcomes Two Tech Veterans to Strategic VP Roles

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Curtail announced it has made two strategic hires to help advance the company's mission. Deborah Scanlon will serve as vice president of strategic sales, and Nigel Quinnin will take on the role of vice president of development.

The hiring of these two experts will help Curtail in its mission to change how IT is implemented for government agencies, financial institutions, service providers and enterprise organizations that are developing and launching new software and services, especially in DevOps environments.  

Deborah and Nigel bring extensive experience to the team:

• Deborah has an extensive enterprise software security and technology sales background and most recently worked for Gartner, where she assisted business leaders in strategic digital transformation and IT operational priorities for global and Fortune 500 clients. She is an early-stage company veteran, having worked with Recourse Technologies, Vormetric and BigFix. These companies were acquired by Symantec, Thales and IBM, respectively. She has also worked for IBM and Verizon.
• Nigel is a proven software development leader with a strong technical background and a track record of building exceptional teams. He applies a hands-on approach, bringing years of deep knowledge crafting unique solutions, while mentoring and growing team members. Most recently, he was chief technology officer at LumenVox and previously served as the director of software operations at Litel Instruments and as the CTO at Qubit Technology.
