CUSIP Global Services Marks Anniversary of JOBS Act with Fee-Waived CUSIP IDs for Crowdfunded Offerings

The open enrollment period, during which the customary registration fees for new CUSIP identifiers will be waived, is announced on September 23^rd to mark the one-year anniversary of the JOBS Act, which broadened the investor base to which crowdfunding offerings may be marketed.
