Neutral color schemes are found throughout with many natural elements, including reclaimed wood and brick, giving the Schumacher Homes Madison B a warm, earthy feel."

The exterior of this home provides plenty of curb appeal, as well as a covered front porch great for relaxing and enjoying your view. Some of the unique interior features of this home include a deluxe kitchen with an extended morning room, featuring white brick accents throughout; a two-story great room with a wall of windows; a spacious owners retreat with fabulous ceiling detail; an open flex room to the foyer with 10-foot columns; and a huge walk-in pantry with wood shelves.

"The large walk-in pantry of the Madison B will keep everything organized," says Becker, "and the mud room is the perfect landing place for muddy paws of the four-legged and two-legged variety."
