RAVENNA, Ohio, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Schumacher Homes, America's Largest Custom Homebuilder based in Canton, OH, is pleased to announce the opening of its new model home and Custom Home Design Studio in Ravenna, OH.  Two new spacious homes display the best in award-winning design, and the design studio, situated in an Earnhardt Collection home, serves as a one-stop-shop for all homebuilding and design needs.

The Schumacher Homes Ravenna Office, conveniently located on SR 44, just off of I-76, builds custom homes on their customers' home sites in Ashtabula, Columbiana, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Portage and Trumbull Counties in Ohio, and Beaver, Butler, Crawford, Erie Lawrence, Mercer and Vanango Counties in Pennsylvania. Customers can tour the Olivia B, our National Association of Home Builders award-winning model home, or the homeowner favorite, the Santa Barbara A, seven days a week.

"These two homes showcase the latest in architectural and interior design trends," Mary Becker, VP of Sales and Marketing for Schumacher Homes. "Like all of our Schumacher Homes design studios, the Ravenna location offers a one-stop-shop inspiration, design and building needs that lets you see and touch every option for your new home, which is unlike any other builders' process."

The Schumacher Homes Olivia, with 2,700 sq. ft., three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, offers the epitome of the family floor plan. Built specifically with families in mind, the Olivia B's award-winning open floor plan keeps everyone connected, while also giving you space. The latest in form and function dominate this plan's design, in both architectural and interior features. The open two-story great room includes a striking floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that draws the eye upward to the dramatic wood trusses that adorn the cathedral ceiling. Some other unique features of this home include a dramatic wall of windows in the great room that provides an abundance of natural light, a beautiful master suite with a cathedral ceiling with a wood beam accent, an enormous kitchen island surrounded by ample cabinet and counter space, a deluxe master bathroom with a walk-through glass shower, and an over-sized second story loft that doubles as a terrific gathering place for friends.

The Schumacher Homes Santa Barbara A, with 1,917 sq. ft., features three bedrooms and two baths with an open floor plan that feels much larger than its square footage would suggest. Some of the latest architectural designs prominent throughout this home include on-trend reclaimed wood accents in the great room, owners' retreat and kitchen, a beautiful master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, a vaulted ceiling in the kitchen and great room, an oversized walk-in shower that includes its own sitting area, a home office with a wood decorative ceiling, and spectacular pendant lighting for that added touch of charm.
