NEW YORK, Oct. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- A new approach to understanding customers and the secret to engaging employees and building a productive team are two of the key topics at the 2018 Private Risk Management Association (PRMA) Summit. The event brings together insurance industry specialists to collaborate about issues impacting the specialty insurance market, such as cyber threats, navigating the challenges of major construction and the rise in fraudulent art and collectibles. The Summit takes place November 6-8, 2018, at the Hilton Chicago Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center in Oakbrook, Illinois.
