Customers Rate AT&T High Speed Internet And U-verse TV Highest In Customer Satisfaction In J.D. Power Study

DALLAS, Sept. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Customers say AT&T* offers the highest customer satisfaction of Internet service providers in the West region and TV service providers in the North Central region. The findings were part of the J.D. Power 2014 Residential Television Service Provider and ISP Satisfaction Studies^SM released today.

AT&T High Speed Internet and U-verse TV ranked highest in overall satisfaction in the two studies that evaluate performance and reliability, customer service, cost of service, billing, programming and communication.

• The debut of original content for country music fans on Country Deep.
