Cybera Names New CFO and EVP Administration and Secretary

NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cybera, a leading provider of simplified secure application networks, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Landa to Chief Financial Officer and the appointment of Jim Bauchiero, who currently serves as CFO, as the newly-formed Executive Vice President Administration and Secretary.

Landa joined Cybera a year ago as Senior Vice President of Finance where he led the company's finance and accounting team, as well as other strategic projects.  Prior to Cybera, Landa was the CFO of Simplex Healthcare, a direct-to-consumer provider of medical supplies backed by New Enterprise Associates, until the company was sold in late 2013. Prior to Simplex, he spent five years at Gaylord Entertainment in both corporate finance and development where he played a major role in evaluating and executing development related projects. Landa earned a B.A. in History from Emory University as well as an MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
