Cycle Capital Management Welcomes a New Partner

MONTREAL, June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Ms. Andree-Lise Methot, Founder and Senior partner of Cycle Capital Management (Cycle Capital) Inc., has the pleasure of announcing the arrival of Colin Ryan, ing., MBA, as the newest partner in the Cycle Capital team.

Mr. Ryan, who is an engineer and businessman, has over 20 years' experience in clean and industrial technologies. In recent years, he has worked principally as an angel investor in the cleantech sector at Cansolv Technologies where, among other positions, he was Vice President of Marketing and Sales as well as the founder and chair of the board of the Chinese subsidiary Cansolv Technologies (Shenzen). Cansolv Technologies was acquired by Royal Dutch Shell in 2008.

Ms. Methot believes that the arrival of Mr. Ryan fits perfectly into the Fund's strategy, which focuses, among other things, on accompanying entrepreneurs on the world markets in the cleantech and renewable energy sector. "His experience and expertise will certainly contribute to accelerating the development of the businesses in Cycle Capital's portfolios," she said.
