Cymetrix Announces Partnership to Provide CHRISTUS Health with Revenue Cycle Management Support

IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Cymetrix,  an industry leader providing hospitals and health care networks with adaptive revenue cycle management solutions, today announced a partnership agreement with CHRISTUS Health. CHRISTUS Health and Cymetrix will collaborate on a unique revenue cycle management model for the five-hospital CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System.

The model deploys a combination of best practice processes including proprietary and leading practice commercial technologies with a team of revenue cycle specialists to optimize financial performance and profitability.

As a result of this new agreement, Cymetrix will assume responsibility for the management and functional oversight of Patient Access, Health Information Management and Patient Financial Services for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System.

This is a unique partnership, which utilizes CHRISTUS Health's support at their state-of-art central business office, developed by Jay Herron, CHRISTUS Health senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Kaycee Orman, CHRISTUS Health executive director, Revenue Cycle Services. Cymetrix will leverage this resource by incorporating its extensive experience in deploying new processes and technology to facilitate front-end process redesign.  The combined effort will accelerate the next level of financial performance improvement.
