CytRx to Present at the 19th Annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CytRx Corporation (NASDAQ: CYTR), a biopharmaceutical research and development company specializing in oncology, today announced that Chairman and CEO Steven A. Kriegsman and David Haen, Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations, will present a corporate update at the 19^th Annual BIO CEO & Investor Conference on Monday, February 13^th at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City.

Based on positive, statistically significant results from CytRx's pivotal Phase 3 trial evaluating aldoxorubicin compared to investigator's choice in patients with previously treated relapsed or refractory sarcomas, CytRx is scheduled to meet with the FDA this quarter to discuss the regulatory path for a New Drug Application (NDA).
