Daikin Applied Streamlines Presence in Washington State; Aligns with Air Reps
Air Reps becomes the Daikin Applied equipment representative in Washington state, better positions Daikin Applied to become the #1 applied HVAC leader
MINNEAPOLIS, March 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move to become the number one applied HVAC leader in North America, Daikin Applied and Air Reps have aligned, making Air Reps the Daikin Applied representative in the state of Washington. Under the agreement, Air Reps will promote the complete Daikin Applied product offering throughout Washington, effective April 1. The move enables Daikin Applied to streamline its presence in the territory by helping align sales channels and forming an effective and cohesive brand, as Air Reps also promotes the Daikin North America VRV products in the territory.
To facilitate uniform coverage across Washington and to provide continuity to customers, Air Reps has acquired Vemco Inland Northwest in Spokane, an existing representative organization. Prior to the acquisition, Vemco Inland Northwest served as Daikin Applied's representative in the territory, and it will continue to do so as part of the Air Reps organization. Vemco, Inc., based in Montana, will remain the Daikin Applied representative in its designated territories in Montana and Northern Wyoming. Combining the collective strengths of Air Reps and Vemco Inland Northwest enables a seamless transition and positions Daikin Applied for significant share growth. Air Reps remains highly committed to supporting its existing customers and projects in the market place throughout the transition.
