Daimler Financial Services ranks 5th among the world's best employers

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Daimler Financial Services, which operates as Mercedes-Benz Financial Services in the United States, has been ranked fifth among the 25 World's Best Multinational Workplaces, according to the Great Place to Work^® Institute. The ranking is based on a survey of the company's close to 10,000 employees, as well as the company's human resources and leadership programs.

More than 4,100 companies and 7 million employees participated in the Great Place to Work survey. To qualify for the global list, a company must be one of the top employers in at least five countries and have at least 5,000 employees. In addition, at least 40 percent of its employees must work outside the company's home country.
