SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Razorfish Global's LEVEL Studios, part of Publicis Groupe, today announced that Dan Connolly has been named Chief Executive Officer. Connolly, who was promoted from Partner of the agency to President in August, will sit on the Brand Leadership team of Razorfish Global and will oversee all business units across the agency's U.S. and European locations. Rishad Tobaccowala, Publicis Groupe Chief Strategist and Member of Directoire +, will play a key advisory role to the agency.
In his role as President, Connolly expanded the agency's client roster and made strides toward bolstering the agency's leadership team with the promotion of Deborah Heslip to Partner and hiring Ben Ryken as Business Development Director, a new position. With Connolly's oversight, the agency's revenues have grown 45.7% year over year from 2013.

On September 16, Publicis Groupe announced the formation of the Razorfish Global network, which combines its leading agencies specializing in experience, technology, media and customer intelligence to drive business transformation. Under the Razorfish Global Leadership team sits its Brand Leadership team, which is comprised of the leaders of each individual agency within Razorfish Global. Other leaders on the team include: Shannon Denton, Razorfish North America; Michael Karg, Razorfish International; and Eric Healy, Rosetta. As CEO, Connolly will represent LEVEL Studios as part of the core Razorfish Global Brand Leadership team.
