Daon Releases IdentityX v4.0

RESTON, Va., Oct. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Daon, a global leader in mobile biometric authentication technology, announced today that it has released a new version of its IdentityX Platform, IdentityX v4.0.  Four Daon customers in North America have already installed IdentityX v4.0 and are seeing performance gains. IdentityX v4.0 also includes a FIDO UAF certified server component as an option and our customers are already preparing to activate FIDO features. These customers include some of the largest and most respected financial services and payments companies in the world.

Enhancements to the IdentityX security model, API interface and administration console are included with the release. The new v4.0 version boasts a faster and more accurate face matching algorithm in addition to supporting new platforms that include Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012.
