New designation will accelerate Darktrace Federal's ability to deliver AI-powered defense for IT, OT, and email to the federal government

ARLINGTON, Va., March 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Darktrace Federal today announced that it has achieved its Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP^®) High Agency Authority to Operate (ATO). With the ATO designation, Darktrace's Federal agency sponsor has formally recognized that Darktrace Federal's Cyber AI Mission Defense^™ and Cyber AI Email Protection^™ environment have demonstrated compliance with the FedRAMP High security requirements and undergone the necessary rigorous security assessment. This formal recognition of Darktrace Federal's compliance in federal environments marks a critical milestone for accelerating adoption of AI-powered IT, OT, and email cybersecurity solutions to the U.S. federal government via secure cloud-native deployments.

FedRAMP is a U.S. government-wide program that promotes the adoption of secure cloud services across the federal government by providing a standardized approach to security and risk assessment for cloud technologies and federal agencies. Achieving the FedRAMP High ATO indicates that Darktrace Federal has achieved the highest standard for cloud security controls and can handle the U.S. federal government's most sensitive, unclassified data in cloud environments.
