Darren Simons Joins SourceRight Solutions as Vice President and General Manager of Recruitment Process Outsourcing

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- SourceRight Solutions, a division of SFN Group, Inc. today announced it has appointed Darren Simons to serve as vice president and general manager of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). This senior leadership appointment demonstrates SourceRight Solutions' commitment to delivering innovative RPO services worldwide as companies look to streamline processes, optimize talent acquisition, and reduce hiring costs.

In this leadership role, Simons has direct responsibility for all RPO delivery and client relationships across a diverse portfolio of mid-market and Fortune 500 clients in key industry sectors, including technology, engineering and manufacturing, insurance, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, consulting, banking and finance, and retail. He brings 18 years of global management and leadership experience in the human capital services and talent acquisition space.

Most recently, he led staffing operations for a global BPO provider where he implemented cutting-edge recruitment technology to enable hiring approximately 20,000 people per year.  Additionally, he has previously held executive and senior leadership positions at a major staffing and workforce solutions firm. Most notably, Simons led a $450 million business segment that operated in approximately 30 countries. His responsibilities included delivering recruitment outsourcing, staffing services, vendor management programs, business process outsourcing and organizational consulting services to large global organizations. Simons also was responsible for sector research and strategic planning for technology in the recruitment space. In addition to leading recruitment, other positions held include VP of North America sales, director of operations and director of strategic services.

A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Simons earned an MBA with Distinction from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, the top ranked school in the world for global business.
