Paul brings more than 30 years of experience in domestic and international operations, business development and service delivery. Before joining Clarity Insights, Paul was Managing Director responsible for Business Development for KPMG's Healthcare market. He previously served as a Senior Vice President at Allscripts and has held Chief Operating Officer roles for Prognosis Health Information Systems, Ingenix Consulting, and was Senior Vice President for Cerner's professional services organization. He is based in Kansas City.
George Gardner-Serra has been named a Partner, West Coast to the growing Healthcare Practice, where he will leverage his experience working with leading healthcare organizations to serve clients in the industry while also working across industry verticals to cross-pollinate best practices in emerging technologies. His experience includes roles in leading organizations and consultancies, such as Kaiser Permanente, BlueShield of California and Accenture. He has designed, launched and managed healthcare services and organizations that included data analytics, mobile and digital health, population health management, wellness and innovation groups. Most recently he worked with innovative healthcare startups as Chief Strategy Officer, Advisor and Investor, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, behavioral economics, blockchain and new business models. He is based in San Francisco.
Debbie Callahan joins Clarity Insights as Chief Sales Officer, leading the firm's customer-centric approach to serving clients, which goes beyond technical nuts and bolts to determine how organizations can use data analytics to solve their complex business challenges and maximize value. Debbie has more than 30 years of experience in data and analytics consultative sales, marketing and recruiting. Her previous experience includes positions exclusively focused on data and analytic solutions, including with Maven Wave Partners and Knightsbridge Solutions (acquired by Hewlett Packard). She is based in Clarity Insights' Chicago office.
