Livongo Joins American Heart Association's Center for Health Technology and Innovation to Support Multiple Chronic Conditions

Livongo's approach to managing diabetes coupled with the health education content from the American Heart Association portfolio will make managing both high blood pressure and diabetes easier for Livongo members.
