DAVID Corporation Names Bill Sheppard Midwest Regional Sales Director

SAN FRANCISCO, July 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DAVID Corporation, Inc., a San Francisco-based insurance software firm, is pleased to announce that Bill Sheppard has joined the company as its Midwest Regional Sales Director. The new position is part of an aggressive growth initiative, which projects a significant increase in new employees in the U.S. and Canada by Q4 2014. Mr. Sheppard was selected to lead DAVID's market development efforts in Claims, Policy and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) technology, and brings nearly 25 years of sales and management experience to the DAVID Corporation team. Mr. Sheppard will report to DAVID President and CEO Mark Dorn.

Prior to joining DAVID Corp, Sheppard held leadership positions in claims, underwriting and cost containment before joining DORN Technology Group, founded by Mark Dorn. He went on to work for several leading RMIS firms as a sales leader and industry analyst, often providing voice-of-the-customer insight to product development initiatives.
