Outgoing Chair, Ron Ghitter, QC, has brought his deep experience in real estate, law and governance to Bentall Kennedy for eight years and will continue to serve on the Boards. Under Mr. Ghitter's leadership of the Boards, Bentall Kennedy has increased client assets by over 200% and solidified its position as a leader in the North American real estate investment management sector.

With more than 32 years of experience in the financial services sector, Mr. Denison most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, where he oversaw the management of a diversified portfolio in excess of $170 billion. Previously, Mr. Denison served as President of Fidelity Investments Canada Ltd. and held senior postings in the investment banking, consulting and mutual fund businesses in Canada, the United States and Europe.
