David Lennhoff Joins SC&H Group to Lead Newly Launched SC&H Appraisal Services Practice

SPARKS, Md., Oct. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CPA and management consulting firm SC&H Group, LLC, announced today that David C. Lennhoff has joined the firm to lead the newly launched SC&H Appraisal Services practice. Lennhoff's broad industry knowledge, coupled with his unparalleled consulting and academic achievements has earned him the reputation as a thought leader and expert in the appraisal industry.   In his role with SC&H, Lennhoff will develop and oversee the preparation of appraisals for complex properties as well as provide appraisal review and expert testimony services to SC&H clients.

He is currently a faculty member of the Appraisal Institute (AI) and a sought after teacher of AI's curriculum.  Additionally, he has served in many leadership roles for the AI, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and has authored numerous articles and books in the appraisal industry.

Lennhoff is a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He also holds various certifications from the Appraisal Foundation, Appraisal Institute and the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
