BELLEVUE, Wash., July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Puget Sound Bank (OTCBB: PUGB) has announced that David V. Huguenin has joined the Bank as senior vice president, relationship manager. Mr. Huguenin joined the Bank upon Puget Sound Bank's acquisition of Core Business Bank.
