David Vinson takes the Helm as President and CEO of Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academies; Charts Course for Franchise Growth with New Executive Appointments

DULUTH, Ga., Dec. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academies announced David Vinson assumed the role of president and CEO of Kids 'R' Kids International, Inc. – a move aligned with the company's progressive vision and ongoing commitment to provide industry-leading early childhood education programs and facilities.

The announcement is part of a larger strategy developed alongside franchisees and partners to determine a refreshed direction for the company and strengthen the executive leadership team as the franchise celebrates 30 years of excellence and expands internationally. Additional measures include the hire and appointment of franchise industry talent and business development leader, Robert (Bob) Kirschner, to chief operating officer and the elevation of the company's current vice chair, Janice Vinson, to chief financial officer.

Vinson – son of early childhood education industry pioneers and Kids 'R' Kids founders, Pat and Janice Vinson – previously served as the director of operations and brings three decades of early childcare education and franchising business experience to his new position. Janice Vinson: CFO
Janice Vinson steps into her role as CFO with more than five decades of experience.
