David Young, VIF International Education's CEO Elected to Chair P21's Executive Board and Strategic Council
WASHINGTON, Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Today P21, the Partnership for 21st Century Learning, announced that David Young, CEO of VIF International Education, has been elected by his peers to serve as the Chair of the Executive Board and Strategic Council.
