ATLANTA, Nov. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Davidson Hotels & Resorts has announced the addition of Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa to its growing portfolio. The sophisticated 550-room full-service resort in Monterey, Ca. is situated in the heart of one of the most beautiful coastal cities in California. The property, which will continue to operate under the Hyatt Regency brand, will be managed by Davidson Hotels & Resorts and will be owned by an affiliate of Fairwood Capital LLC – a real estate investment firm specializing in hospitality-related real estate.
