PROVO, Utah, Jan. 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- DCC™, an innovative hotel developer and asset manager, today announced the opening of the Fairfield by Marriott® Denver West Federal Center. The Fairfield by Marriott is an upper mid-scale lodging brand designed to deliver an inviting and effortless experience for guests. Ideally located in the Union Square area of Lakewood, Colorado, the hotel is within walking distance to the Denver Federal Center, St. Anthony's Hospital, and the Federal Center RTD Light Rail Station while being only a few miles from the Red Rocks Amphitheater. The hotel will be managed by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, an award winning company that manages premium brand hotels.

The hotel features 128 rooms, including 26 suites. The guestroom is based on the Fairfield by Marriott Modern Calm decor to cater to the modern traveler and their need to both relax and stay productive on the road. The exterior is a custom design that complements the location. The hotel was specifically designed to exceed local energy-efficiency standards, and was financed, in part, by a C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) program loan.

Guests are offered complimentary access to the onsite fitness center, 24-hour business center, indoor pool and hot tub, free parking, Wi-Fi, and a full breakfast.
