DCS Corp Wins Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Award

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- DCS Corp announced today that the company has received an award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement under the Omnibus III contract from the U.S. Army's Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command  (TACOM) Contracting Center in Warren, MI.

DCS is now eligible to bid on individual task orders under the contract's multiple award structure to augment existing Government resources with contractor service experience and capabilities when customer requirements exceed their in-house capabilities. Customers allowed to solicit professional engineering, administrative, and technical services using the Omnibus III contract include: Program Executive Office, Combat Support & Combat Service Support (PEO CS & CSS), Program Executive Office, Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS), PEO Integration (formerly PM Future Combat Systems), Tank Automotive Research, Development, and Engineering Center (TARDEC), and all TACOM LCMC Depots and Arsenals including Sierra Army Depot, Red River Army Depot, Anniston Army Depot, Watervliet Arsenal, Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Systems Manufacturing Center – Lima Tank Plant, Program Manager, Light Armored Vehicles (PM LAV); PEO Soldier, Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
