To support continued growth, DDCA has announced the hiring of Joshua Baca as Vice President of Campaign Services.  Recently serving as the National Coalitions Director for Romney for President, Joshua oversaw outreach to targeted communities, groups, and associations, managed key relationships, and supervised specific GOTV activities.  At DDCA, Baca will build on his political and public affairs experience to consult, advise, and develop comprehensive public affairs and advocacy strategies and initiatives for clients.

"Joshua's deep understanding of coalition building, politics, and advocacy will be an important asset to our clients as we develop campaigns to help them succeed in Washington and around the globe.   We are excited to have such a high-energy and enthusiastic member of our team return to DDCA," said DDCA Partner Sara Taylor Fagen.

Prior to joining the Romney for President Campaign, Joshua served as a Campaign Director at DDCA for over three years, working closely with some of the firm's most important clients.  In this role, Joshua was successful developing campaign strategies for coalitions, political, corporate, and non-profit clients.  Joshua had previously worked on Capitol Hill for former U.S. Representative Heather Wilson as a Legislative Assistant.  He was a key contributor to several of her campaigns, serving as a Field Director in her run for the U.S. Senate in 2008.

Joshua received his Masters of Arts Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Government with a focus in Political Communication.  He is also a graduate of Texas Tech University.

DDCA was established in 1996 to design, implement, and manage advocacy campaigns utilizing cutting-edge technology. Today DDCA offers strategy, campaign management, social media, and Internet technology to its corporate, association, and non-profit clients to impact the views and actions of public officials, consumers, and corporate audiences.  DDCA's clients include many of the Fortune 500, major trade associations, and non-profit organizations, all of which count on DDCA to engage and guide communities of advocates to impact policy and win public debates.
