DDI Launches Innovation Fund to Fuel Development of Cutting-Edge Leadership Technologies and Solutions
The DDI Innovation Fund will invest in emerging companies that offer technologies that complement DDI's suite of leadership solutions
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Companies around the world are on the cusp of a revolution in the way they hire, promote, and develop their leaders, thanks to global leadership company DDI's announcement today of the DDI Innovation Fund.
The DDI Innovation Fund is a strategic corporate venture fund that will enable DDI to invest in and partner with cutting-edge companies with innovative digital, mobile, and leadership-focused capabilities that complement DDI's existing suite of leadership selection, development, succession planning, and consulting solutions.

Capital for DDI's Innovation Fund stems in part from the proceeds of DDI's recent divestiture of its workforce pre-employment assessment business. The fund will be managed by Doug Reynolds, Ph.D., executive vice president of innovations and technology at DDI, and overseen by a DDI advisory board of directors.
