Most recently, he was Owner and Chief Strategist of IGNITE, a small business focused on business strategy, consulting and marketing services for companies in North Alabama.

Brooks holds an MBA from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
