Death of the Honourable Paul Desmarais, P.C., C.C., O.Q.

MONTREAL, Oct. 9, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - It is with great sadness that Mrs. Jacqueline Desmarais and her children, Paul Jr., André, Louise and Sophie, announce the death last evening of her loving husband and their father, the Honourable Paul G. Desmarais.

Mr. Desmarais died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at Domaine Laforest in the Charlevoix region, province of Québec, Canada.

A private family funeral is to be held shortly and a memorial service will follow at a date to be announced by the Desmarais family.
