The Coke "Happiness Machine" video won the gold ADDY® in the category of interactive multimedia for consumers, as well as the night's top honor for 'Best in Show.' This highly successful viral video launched early last year, featuring students on a college campus receiving "doses" of happiness in the form of multiple cans of soda, balloon animals and a six-foot sub from a regular looking vending machine. VeriFone's PAYware mobile site took home the bronze ADDY® in the category of interactive media, mobile marketing. The mobile site was created to allow micro-merchants like photographers, dog walkers, painters, artists, local delivery and many others to take payments on their iPhone, seamlessly and in compliance with PCI (Payment Card Industry) guidelines. The site also included streaming video (HTML5) and enabled VeriFone to secure a position as a mobile payment leader.
