Definitive Logic Awarded Department of Labor Contract to Support Budgeting System

ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Definitive Logic, a management consulting and systems engineering firm, today announced it was awarded a new contract with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). The Arlington-based company will support the development, modernization and enhancement of DOL's budget formulation, management and reporting system. This win is Definitive Logic's first prime contract with the agency.

For DOL, Definitive Logic will rely on their software development, system integration and lifecycle management expertise to help advance the agency's budgeting system. The company will develop software to enhance current DOL offerings, evaluate current architecture, help with technology transition and use the System Development Lifecycle to ensure the quality of the software.

This one-year contract is a time and materials contract and has a value of more than $1.8 million.
