Del Frisco's Grille Now Open in Burlington, Massachusetts

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, June 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Del Frisco's Restaurant Group is pleased to announce the opening of its award-winning Del Frisco's Grille concept in Burlington, Massachusetts, a nearby suburb of Boston.  The opening represents the 41^st restaurant for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, which also owns and operates Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and Sullivan's Steakhouse, and the 12^th Del Frisco's Grille to date.  Four more Del Frisco's Grille locations are slated to open by year's end.

Del Frisco's Grille in Burlington opened this past Saturday, June 14, occupying 7,900 square feet of space across from the popular Burlington Mall.  A much anticipated addition to the area, Del Frisco's Grille takes the traditional bar and grill to new heights, using bold flavors, regional ingredients and local flair in many of its dishes.

Executive Chef Rob DiTonno, who has been with Del Frisco's Restaurant Group for the past three years, will present exquisite and creative dishes such as Berkshire Pork Meatballs and East Coast Fish Tacos made with fresh seafood from Boston-based Foley Fish.  He will also serve up Del Frisco's Grille's shareable classics such as Flatbreads, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Ahi Tuna Tacos.  Sunday brunch will be a highlight at the new grill, with indulgent items like the Red Velvet Belgian Waffles and Shredded Pork Burrito.  Locals will also love the newly introduced Triple Treat, an inventive play on the classic combo meal featuring an adult milkshake, decadent double patty burger and classic frites.  The summer special is only available for a limited time, from now through August.

Del Frisco's Grille in Burlington offers guests two floors of dining encompassing two bars, two outdoor patios, and an outdoor fireplace for diners to enjoy on temperate spring, summer and fall days and nights.  A fun and welcome addition to the local nightlife, the bars at Del Frisco's Grille get the party going with imaginative cocktails, local craft beers and a selection of wines on tap.  With 300 wine selections showcased in glass displays, a wide variety of choices appeal to every palate from the adventurous to the traditional.

Designed by Boston-based architecture firm, Sousa Design Architects, the restaurant invites guests with a blend of strong and warm elements by combining dark wood with deep red upholstered seating and large oversized lights for comfort.  An atmosphere that is simultaneously sophisticated and inviting, exposed structures, an open kitchen and beautiful LED lighting create a high-end sophisticated space that compliments the product.

Del Frisco's Grille is located at 92 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, Massachusetts.  The restaurant will serve lunch daily, Monday – Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; dinner nightly, Monday – Friday from 4 p.m. – 11 p.m., Saturday, 3 p.m. – 11p.m. and Sunday, 3 p.m. – 10 p.m.; and Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
